  New management at Bagdad location is terrible. I have been eating at Great Wall for over 30 years, since the Burnet location. BEST Won Ton soup in the world. Bagdad location went to sh*t with new management. Soup was water today with a drop of brown food color, appalling. No flavor. What do I have to do to get my old Won Ton soup back. Ester, I would hate for you to loose a 30 year loyal customer. If you are going to authorize the use of your namesake, at least try to assure similar quality between different locations. Sorely disappointed. And sad.

  I order my usual food on friday 3/ 24/17. I took it back as it did not taste like it should.
  On Saturday I order the same thing they gave it to me free. It was very fresh, tasty and hot.
  Sharron was very apologetic. I've been going to the restaurant for about 7 week very happy with the food and service. High recommend.

  In the past I always agreed with the low ratings of this restaurant, however I've continued going here throughout the years for the Vietnamese vermicelli which has always been good. Under the recently new management I decided to give other dishes another shot and they've all been great & much improved! (And the vermicelli which I already enjoyed has gotten better also). If you've tried this place before and have been disappointed, I recommend giving them another shot.

  I ordered for the first things this week. Flier said "new ownership." I will not be a returning customer. The food was barely edible and did not have a good presentation. Fried rice was very dark but tasted like nothing. Chicken was chewy and lacked flavor. The pool poo platter was greasy and everything was breaded and deep-fried. We ate enough to know we didn't like it and dumped the rest. I hate wasting money, but it was better than the alternative in this case. Two stars only because we did not get sick and because it delivered on time.
