  Just moved back to town from Baton Rouge, LA. Best crawfish I've had in a long time. Great taste, definitely had some good kick to it. I love crawfish so I will make the trip across town to have these again! Great job!!!

  Food was great, but service was absolutely unacceptable. We were there at a very slow time of day: no wait, but extremely rude waitress.
  
  Ordered a dish to be "extra spicy" and my waitress scoffed with, "Well you asked for it!"
  Then she came back a few minutes later, unprovoked, refilled my partner's water, and said "I was thinking of leaving this water pitcher here with you because its gonna be ..." making a facial gesture expressing that I was going to be very uncomfortable. She did not refill my water, nor did she leave the pitcher as she stated.
  
  I flagged down another waitress -- much nicer woman -- and asked her how hot my dish was going to be, "... because I don't want to die." She signaled to my waitress across the room, who yelled something back, to the effect of "You're gonna be fine!"
  
  After reading earlier reviews that expressed complaints about spice level, I strongly suspect that something is happening between the time the kitchen serves it on a plate, and it arrives at the table. Something that no one has noticed yet.
  
  Regardless, the dish was really well made. I wanted to leave a tip for the nicer waitress but, after the way I was treated, I could not leave any money for this horrendous service. Now I'm going to have to live with that.

  This place is absolutely fantastic. Their food totally dominates your face. I love it. Never had a bad thing here, but the catfish jambalaya with crayfish etouffe... You have to get it, or die, old and full of regret. ;)
